The price is $125 per person, including passed appetizers and a 4-course meal.

Menu featuring appetizers like fungi hasa with tomato chutney and goat cheese, braii broodges with piri piri chicken, and saltfish with tostones. Course one includes cured salmon with mango chow, crispy cassava, ginger, and cassareep emulsion. Course two offers crab alcapurrias with coconut creme fraiche. Course three features curried fish with green pea, coconut rice, and suya roasted carrots. Course four includes a bowl of beignets with berry jus and chocolate.
